How to Align Center anything in HTML? Vertically and Horizontally; Whole Container or Inside Container.

I have read and watched multiple tutorials on aligning elements in HTML but never got the perfect solution for that. Is there any universal solution that applies on every element without creating any other buzz in the HTML document.
